Major deal in Saudi Arabia will give Russian company controlling rights...
Russian oil company LUKoil signed a deal to find and pump gas in Saudi Arabia, the country with the world's top oil reserves.
According to reports, LUKoil has won the exclusive rights to create a joint venture with state-run Saudi Aramco. LUKoil would be the majority shareholder with an 80 percent share.
