Moscow Court Frees Yukos Shareholder

A Moscow court has ruled that Yukos shareholder, Vasily Shakhnovsky, can go free. Mr. Shakhnovsky had been charged with tax evasion.

It is not clear whether Shakhnovsky has been acquitted or received a suspended sentence, which allowed him to go free.
