Normandy Plant to Get 500 Million Euro Update

According to a company statement, French oil major Total will invest around 500 million euros at its Normandy refinery. The statement said the company has decided to build a distillate hydrocracker with a capacity of 2.4 million metric tons per year and a steam methane reformer at its Normandy plant.
