Rosneft has begun construction of the Yaroslavl-Murmansk oil pipeline. The new pipeline system is considered one of the main options for transporting Russian oil to the West through the terminals of the Murmansk port.
Construction of the pipeline will require huge expenditures, but the company is convinced it will manage to find the money through attracting large foreign investors.
