Largest Russian Terminal to be Constructed

Rosneft plans to build Russia's largest oil terminal. The state-run company, which produced only 19.4 million tons of oil in 2003, decided to build an oil export terminal with capacity of 30 million tons in the Leningrad Region on the north coast of the Gulf of Finland. Rosneft will probably build the terminal in cooperation with Surgutneftegaz.
