Yukos Lawyers are Next

According to the Russian Prosecutor-General's Office, a number of acconts held by Yukos lawyers have been seized. "All actions have been carried out strictly in accordance with the criminal procedure legislation," a spokesman for the Prosecutor-General's Office underlined.

Earlier a lawyer acting for (former Yukos head Mikhail) Khodorkovskiy, Genrikh Padva, told journalists that the Basmannyy (district in Moscow ) court had at the request of the Prosecutor-General's Office issued a warrant for the arrest of the accounts of a number of individuals and corporate bodies, including Yukos lawyers Vasiliy Aleksanyan and Anton Drel.
