Wealthy investors, who were allotted extra shares of India's upstream producer Oil and Natural Gas Corp., will get a revised allocation.
Shares of ONGC were over-allocated by a Mumbai-based transfer agent MCS to high networth individuals in the ONGC public issue last month. As a result the National Securities Depository, NSDL, froze all depository transfers.
