Audi Sales Surge

During the first quarter of 2004, Germany's Audi group increased car sales in Russia by 37.4% from the first quarter of 2003.

Between January and March 2004 sales through official dealers amounted to 823 vehicles in comparison to 599 vehicles in the same period of 2003. In the first quarter of 2004, A6 was the best seller (266 cars sold).

In 2003, sales of Audi through the chain of official dealers amounted to 3,111 vehicles in comparison to 2,700 vehicles in 2002.
