Yukos Chief Defeated

Mikhail Khodorkovsky, ex-chief of Yukos, appeared to admit defeat in his year-long battle with Russian government after Yukos warned it would go bankrupt in less than a month.


Khodorkovsky proposed that a senior government official should take over the firm's management. He meant by this an open invitation for the state to renationalize Yukos. But it apeears to be that Russian oil tycoon not heard.
