Government Says No To Yukos

Yesterday Russia?s Justice Ministry said it has reversed the permission of ministry bailiffs from 4 August for Russia?s oil major Yukos to access its funds and keep its business up and running.

Yesterday Yukos?s news about capability to use its bank accounts to fund operations sent crude oil prices easing slightly.

The Justice Ministry says that the bailiffs acted improperly and that all of Yukos' funds will be put toward its tax debt.
