International oil and gas giants with the British origin, BP and Shell, are likely to report their all-time peak quarterly profits this week due to record crude oil prices.
BP is expected to release third quarter earnings of $4.5 billion on Tuesday, compared with $2.8 bilion the year before; and Shell is expected to announce its third-quarter profits of about $4.7 billion two days later, against $2.9 billion last year.
