ENI To Acquire Yukos Shares

Italian oil concern ENI may join the shareholders of Russian oil giant Yukos, according to the words of Viktor Gerashchenko, the chairman of Yukos? Board of Directors.

He said, ?ENI won?t hold the controlling interest in the company anyway, but will be the one of the major shareholders.
