The largest independent natural gas producer in Russia, Novatek Company, in which France's Total is to buy a 25 percent stake, plans to sell 10 percent of the company to investors in an initial public offering, the company's board chairman Alexander Natalenko said Wednesday.
The timeframe has not been determined yet. Novatek receivedlast week a listing on the RTS, meeting Russia's requirement that companies list shares at home before selling stock abroad.
