The Moscow court turned down oil giant Yukos? complaint over the decision by Moscow's arbitration tribunal on August 27.
At that time, the court confirmed the legitimacy of the overwhelming part of the Tax Ministry's decision dated April 14.
Of the 99.3 billion roubles ($3.42 billion) the Ministry was seeking to recover, the court deducted a mere 33 million roubles in Yukos' favor.
