Shell Still Can't Recover From January Scandal

Royal Dutch/Shell has to postpone the dates of its shareholder meetings because of continuing uncertainty about its oil reserves estimation.

The oil giant said its shareholder meetings, earlier planned in April 2005, will now take place on 28 June.

The company is in the middle of reorganization after shocking investors back in January by overestimating its oil and gas reserves by 20%.
