U.S. gold futures tumbled on Monday from last week's 16-year high
U.S. gold futures tumbled on Monday from last week's 16-year high amid light speculative long liquidation. However, it?s not the fault of US dollar ? usually weak, it limited losses, according to traders.
February gold futures tumbled $4.50 to $453.30 an ounce, trading $458.30 to $452.70 on the New York Mercantile Exchange's COMEX division. Last Thursday the price reached a 16-year high of $458.70.
