US drilling and airline industry equipment producer FMC Technologies
US drilling and airline industry equipment producer FMC Technologies Inc. announced that one of its units signed a $74 million deal to supply subsea systems to Norway?s oil major Statoil ASA.
The unit, FMC Kongsberg Subsea AS will deliver six subsea trees, manifolds, production controls and associated systems to Statoil's Tampen area of the North Sea. The deliveries will begin in 2005 and be completed by the summer of 2006.
