Russian gas monopoly Gazprom?s board Wednesday confirmed the decision to sell its recently created oil subsidiary, Gazpromneft.
Gazprom representative said to AK&M that Gazpromneft was established with the stock capital of 30 mln roubles, and will be sold it today's state.
