Russia's biggest natural gas producer Gazprom will takeover Rosneft in some weeks
Russia?s biggest natural gas producer Gazprom said on Thursday it expects its merge with the domestic state-owned oil firm Rosneft to be completed in January 2005.
The Gazprom's board of directors met on Thursday and decided to postpone the planned approval of the 2005 budget and investment plans until its next meeting.
