South African gold miner Harmony Gold has announced that it is going to renew its negotiations with its domestic larger rival, Gold Fields Ltd. on the takeover bid.
In its turn, Gold Fields said on Tuesday it was still seeking the alternatives to a $5.8 billion hostile bid from Harmony Gold.
