Yukos: Keep Away From Rosneft!!!

Russian oil company Yukos said it would go to law against anyone who deals with Russia's state-owned oil company Rosneft, which acquired Yukos' subsidiary Yuganskneftegaz.

Yukos called that acquisition by the forced auction ?an expropriation?, going to take a regular step to challenge that.

Yukos attorney Robert Amsterdam said, "Not a drop of that oil is legally owned by anybody but Yukos.?

?Everyone who deals with Rosneft, will be subject to lawsuits?, he said.

By the way, Rosneft is in the process of merge with Russia's natural gas giant Gazprom.
