Russian oil giant Lukoil and the US ConocoPhillips discussed Wednesday their plans for 2005, when the both companies are going to set up the new joint venture on the basis of Naryanmarneftegaz company, Lukoil said.
The company?s head Vagit Alekperov took part along with other top managers of both companies.
