Gazprom, Rosneft Merge Near At Hand
Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein had completed its preparatory report
Russian natural gas giant Gazprom said it is ready to merge with state oil firm Rosneft, giving a chance to foreign investors to invest in assets of the merger.
Gazprom president Miller said, "In fact, the merger of Rosneft is fully ready and could be carried out in the nearest future."
He added that Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein had completed its preparatory report on the merger.
