The representative of US oil giant ConocoPhillips, Omar Kevin Meyers, the president of ConocoPhillips Caspian region, has entered the board of directors of Russian oil giant Lukiol.
According to Lukoil?s press release, the decision was adopted at the company's extraordinary shareholders meeting on Monday, reads LUKoil's press release.
Among other directors of the 11-member board are LUKoil President Vagit Alekperov; head of the LUKoil-Garantpension fund Mikhail Berezhnoy; Senior Vice-President of LUKoil Ravil Maganov, and RITEK General Director Valery Graifer. The last was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.
