Gazprom To Set Up 4 Subs

Russian gas monopoly Gazprom plans to create four new units in 2005, in order to make the company's costs more transparent and its businesses more accountable.

The company will create Gazprom-PHG, which will combine 24 underground storage caverns operated now by gas-producing units; and gas refiner Gazprompererabotka, and also Gazpromneftedobycha, which will produce oil and gas condensate.
