Amerada Hess Announces Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of US oil and gas company Amerada Hess today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.875 per share payable on the 7.00% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock of the Corporation on March 1, 2005 to holders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2005.
