The vice president of Russia?s state-owned transportation monopoly Russian Railways Khasyan Zyabirov said recently that in 2005 the company plans to transport to China more than 11 million tons of crude, including 3 million tons from Lukoil, 3.5 million from Yukos, 0.5-1 million tons from Sibneft and 4 million tons from Rosneft. In 2006 oil exports to China are planned to be increased to 15 million tons.

Russian state oil company Rosneft launched crude oil deliveries to China
Russian state oil company Rosneft announced on Tuesday, that it launched crude oil deliveries to China via railroad.
The company?s official said that in February the deliveries will amount to 200,000 tons, while overall supplies in 2005 are set to equal 4 million tons, News Agency RIA Novosti reported.
?The export will be carried out through the Angarks petrochemical company, where the crude oil will be poured into railroad tankers and then sent off to China,? a Rosneft official said. He also added that 50,000 tons had already been sent to China.
