Yukos Sued Against Gazprom, Rosneft, Baikal

Russian oil company Yukos went to law against four companies for their role in forced sale of its unit Yuganskneftegas.

The beleaguered firm more than $20 billion in damages.

The four companies charged are the biggest national natural gas producer Gazprom, its subsidiary Gazpromneft, investment company Baikal Finance Group, and state oil cpompany Rosneft.

Yukos submitted the suit in Houston, where it filed for bankruptcy.
