The Kremlin is likely to suspend Rosneft's plan to borrow $5.5 billion from an unknown company through its units, Russian daily Vedomosti reported Monday, referring to an unidentified official in the presidential administration.
A senior official in the government required Rosneft?s head Sergei Bogdanchikov to cancel shareholders' meetings that were to approve the borrowing scheme, Vedomosti said.
