However, the merge will not include former Yukos unit Yuganskneftegaz, acquired by Rosneft last year. It will become a standalone state oil company, Miller informed. The current Rosneft?s chief Sergei Bogdanchikov is supposed to be the new head of Yuganskneftegaz.
