US online working Intercontinental Exchange, the owner of London's International Petroleum Exchange, announced yesterday that it is planning to float in America, The Guardian reported.
The Exchange said it would file a registration document covering the flotation with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Wall Street regulator, in the next few weeks. However, it denied to give the reason of its floating or how much of its equity it would sell.
