Gazprom Invests 212 Bln in 2005

Gazprom?s investment program for 2005 amounts to 212.6 billion rubles, as informed by a source in the Ministry of Industry and Energy commenting on the upcoming Ministry session on March 3.

Gazprom?s financial plan for this year provides for the annual revenue of around 483 trillion rubles, and expenditure of 1.621 trillion rubles. Therefore the primary deficit will equal around 110 billion rubles; this gap will be filled by loan attraction and placement of financial instruments on the market.

The source said that according to the investment project draft 184.2 billion rubles will be directed for industrial construction, and 3.7 billion rubles ? for non-industrial construction in 2005.

The major part of investment will be used for filed infrastructure development at several gas deposits.
