Yukos Is Back To Russia
...after the court denied supporting it in its battle with the Russian government
Russian oil company Yukos has officially given up its fight in U.S. bankruptcy court, after the court denied supporting it in its battle with the Russian government.
As Yukos spokesman Mike Lake said, the company plans to uphold its interests in the European Court of Human Rights and in Russia.
