Novatek Earned 187 mln

Novatek, Russia?s second-largest independent natural gas producer, announced its net income in 2004 totaled 5.18 billion rubles ($187 million) in unconsolidated earnings to Russian accounting standards.

The company's revenue was 23.23 billion rubles last year. The company sold 16.2 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 3.06 million tons of liquid fuels in 2004.

Revenue from gas sales totaled 12.64 billion rubles, and revenue from sales of crude oil and oil products was 10.52 billion rubles, Novatek said.
