Russian oil major Lukoil has announced its acquired petrol stations in Hungary and 15 eastern Hungarian sites
Russian oil major Lukoil has announced its acquired petrol stations in Hungary, while its purchase of Finland's Teboil has also been approved by the European Commission.
Lukoil has secured its purchase of 289 Teboil stations in Finland following the approval by the European Commission in a deal costing an estimated 120 million euro.
Lukoil has also announced its purchase of 15 eastern Hungarian sites from the Austrian company ABA as part of its plan to invest 90 million euro in establishing a national retail network of over 100 sites.
Lukoil-branded petrol stations already have a minor presence in Hungary and the additional sites will increase its market share to 5%.
