Russian oil company Rosneft refused to pay billion-dollar debts
Russian oil company Rosneft refused to pay billion-dollar debts of Yuganskneftegaz, which had been acquired by Rosneft last December.
State-owned Rosneft bought Yuganskneftegaz, a key oil production unit of Yukos in a forced state auction. Now it says that any debts should be recovered from Yukos.
