Gazprom Issues 7-10 Year Maturity Eurobond

Russia's natural gas monopoly Gazprom plans to issue a Eurobond with tranches in both euros and U.S. dollars with a maturity between seven and ten years, a source familiar with the details said on Wednesday, Cbonds.ru reported.

"It's seven to ten year maturity in both euros and dollars," said the market source. "Pricing is expected soon after the roadshow ends, which is Friday in London," the source added.

Gazprom is the guarantor of the bond being issued by Gaz Capital. Pricing is expected by Friday May 20.
