Russian company Gazprom, the largest natural gas producer in the world, said it was satisfied with its assets? valuation by the investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DKW) that put the market value of its stock at $$3.94-4.52 per share.
?The company considers this price to be fair,? Gazprom press secretary Sergei Kupriyanov said on Monday.
Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein did the valuation for Gazprom. The investment bank Morgan Stanley, which valuated Gazprom for the Federal Property Management Agency, put the market value of one five-rouble Gazprom share in a package of 10-12 percent of its equity capital at $$3.3-3.9.
