Russia?s gas monopolist Gazprom will use the money gained from the sale of treasury shares to the government for acquisitions, the company spokesman Sergei Kupriyanov said Tuesday.
Gazprom's plans to expand its oil business have not changed since the takeover of state-owned crude producer Rosneft collapsed, said the gas monopoly's Deputy Chief Executive Alexander Ananenkov.
