Moscow's Basmanny court unfroze the 14.5% of Sibneft shares in Yukos company
Moscow?s Basmanny court unfroze the 14.5% of Sibneft shares in Yukos company, were previously seized, a Sibneft?s spokesman said.
The court ordered the seizure of the shares on Nov. 3, 2004 to compensate damages fromYukos tax evasion.
