The Transport & General Workers' Union said 74 drivers at the oil giant would walk out from Friday, affecting deliveries of petrol.
The dispute arose when the drivers were transferred to BP from private firm EXEL earlier this month.
The transport union said they were being offered an inferior money-purchase scheme rather than the final-salary one they had at Exel. BP said they were being offered the same conditions as its other drivers.
