Yukos Minority Shareholders Lose Thier Assets

Russia?s Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko and the national gas monopoly Gazprom have been served a summons in Washington in a lawsuit filed by minority investors of Yukos for expropriation of their assets, Reuters reported on Tuesday.

The action followed a civil lawsuit filed by law firm Covington & Burling on Monday on behalf of a group of Yukos minority shareholders at a Washington court.
