The Board of Directors of Chevron Corporation on January 25, 2006 declared a quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share, payable March 10, 2006, to stockholders of record as of February 16, 2006, the company announced in a press release.
Chevron has an unbroken record of annual dividend payment increases of 18 consecutive years.
