ALROSA To Buy Oil Firm Shares

Russian diamonds giants ALROSA has made one more attempt to avoid federalisation and offered the shareholders of oil firm Sakhaneftegaz to sell its shares to ALROSA.

This is the question the shareholders will have to discuss on February 2. In case of a positive decision, ALROSA will get one more point in the quarrel with federal centre ? the company will increase the level of its social importance for the region and will increase its cost.
