Israel Doesn't Trust Russian Companies, Working with Muslim Countries

Russian state-run oil giant Rosneft may be excluded from the list of tenderers of an Israel's refinery sale bid by request of Israeli internal security service Shabak.

Shabak wanted Rosneft to be banned from the bid for aqcuiring Ashdod refinery because Russia's "expansion to the Muslim world", implying that Rosneft operates in the Islamic countries.

Rosneft said that such extraordinary statement was absolutely unexpected and that's why the company hasn't decided yet, how to comment the situation. The Russian company just noted, that such body as Shabak has no right for prohibiting and allowing a company to participate in a open bidding.
