Four RussianOil Projects Got Grants from Government

The Russian government has approved the oil firm Tatneft's request for a $610 million grant from the state investment for building to help it build a new refinery, a government official said Wednesday.

According to Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister Kirill Androsov, Tatneft and three other projects were the first winners of grants from the state investment fund. The state will spend a total of 104.3 billion rubles ($3.9 billion) on the four projects.
