Petrobras Ready to Pay More for Bolivian Gas
Brazil's state oil company Petrobras said on Tuesday
Brazil's state oil company Petrobras said on Tuesday it will pay 10 percent more for Bolivian natural gas starting July 1 and raise prices for distributors by 6 percent.
The increases follow months of Bolivian demands for higher prices. Brazil gets about half its natural gas from Bolivia.
