Italian energy giant Eni's subsidiary Eni Trading and Shipping SpA, which specialises in trading oil-related commodities and coordinating related shipping services, began operations on October 1.
The subsidiary will trade Eni's international equity production, procure crude oil, and place refined products on cargo market, provide price risk management services to Eni companies and supply transport and maritime services.
