Sinopec Finance Issues 4bln Bonds

Sinopec Finance Co., Ltd. is going to issue CNY 4 billion fixed-rate bonds in the interbank bond market from October 18 to 22, 2007, the arm of China Petrochemical Corporation Sinopec Group announced on October 15, 2007.

The paper interest rate of these three-year bonds will be fixed via bookbuilding. The subscription should be CNY 1 million at least or integral multiple of it.

Sinopec Finance's registered capital reached CNY 6 billion (including USD 60 million) on June 30, 2007.
