Liquefied petroleum gas products' prices are likely to decline by January as world contract prices go down by the end of the year, oil and gas major Shell' spokesman said Monday.
Roberto Kanapi said that LPG's international contract price for January will be lower.
Major oil companies raised prices of their LPG products by P1 per kg earlier this month due to higher contract prices in the world market. They also raised pump prices despite a downturn in world oil prices.
